Our Unique Uncontested Divorce Service
Our practice is focused on domestic relations litigation. Domestic relations law in Kentucky consists of all issues heard by a Family Court, including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and many other issues. For years, our attorneys have successfully litigated domestic relations issues before Kentucky courts. When parties to any domestic relations dispute cannot agree, our extensive litigation experience greatly benefits our clients.
However, even when parties do agree, our experience greatly benefits our clients because we know that each sentence and paragraph of any settlement agreement may end up before the court in the future for interpretation. It is with this in mind that we craft agreements for our clients to head off any issue that could arise in the future if not properly dealt with now.
